This course is designed for Managers in the Creative Industries. Each section introduces basic principles of management in a hands on way. In the course we work through real life examples and situations and facilitate ways in which you can apply the learning. All delegates will be expected to apply the learning immediately after the course.
Tutor: Alec is the Managing Director of a training company specifically focused on creative businesses. He is an experienced Senior Manager having previously worked in leading roles within Channel 4, the Pearson Group, FTKnowledge and Henley Management College. His current projects include one-to-one executive coaching, strategic business development for production companies, delivering training events and team building programmes. He delivers the 01zero-one Leadership and Management for the Creative Industries programme and acts as a specialist business and learning adviser.
