Payment
All costs listed exclude VAT. The costs listed on this web site should be taken as a guide only. Quotes are available on request.
We require a 20% refundable deposit of the full quotation when we confirm a reservation. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation if less than 48 hours notice is given of a cancelled booking.
Payment is to be made in full at the commencement of the hire, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with 01zero-one. We accept payment by cheque, credit card or debit card. Cheques should be made payable to Westminster Kingsway College.
Please note 01zero-one is part of Westminster Kingsway College. Payment should be made to Westminster Kingsway College.
Security Charges
If you wish to hire facilities out of our normal opening hours we are obliged to provide a security attendant to ensure the safety of your participants and the success of your event.
Security Staff are charged at £20 per hour, minimum 4 hour call out.
The cost of this service is shared if your group is not using a building exclusively i.e. if an additional client is hiring 01zero-one space at the same time.
Storage
Equipment may be delivered just before and returned directly after the hire period. Any necessary equipment storage for longer periods need to be agreed in advance of the hire, and may incur additional charges.
Insurance
Comprehensive insurance is provided for all 01zero-one equipment and space free of charge within 01zero-one’s premises.
01zero-one equipment must not be taken off the premises. Loss or damage of any 01zero-one equipment may result in the hirer forfeiting all or part of their deposit.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to check, in ample time, the completeness and correct functioning of the 01zero-one equipment on hire.
The 01zero-one insurance will not cover any additional equipment brought in by the hirer.
Refunds
01zero-one has a ‘no refunds’ policy, however, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances exist:
- 01zero-one terminates a hire which has already started.
- 01zero-one changes or cancels a hire and is unable to transfer the participant to a suitable alternative course.
- 01zero-one has overcharged a participant.
Refund applications will only be considered if received on a correctly completed form, available from the 01zero-one administrator contactable on info@01zero-one.ac.uk
If refunds are declined 01zero-one may issue a credit note or voucher for another hire as an alternative.
Offer
The hirer will be expected to accept these 01zero-one Hire Terms and Conditions. |
