Skillset Supported Adobe After Effect Courses
Cost: £125 (Regular Cost - £445)
Adobe After Effects is the industry leading platform for compositing and motion graphics. Ravensbourne College and 01zero-one as partners in the Ravensbourne Skillset Media Academy have received funding from Skillset Film CPD fund to run an introduction and an advanced course. With Skillset support the cost of each course for eligible freelancers has been reduced by £325 but places are very limited.

Paul Mumford:
Paul Mumford is a director, designer and artist currently working in motion graphics and animation across a range of music promos, short films and commercials with various London based companies. All this has led him to produce work on projects for artists such as Michael Fakesch [Funkstorung], Franz Ferdinand, Kylie and Depeche Mode and companies such as Onedotzero, Sony and MTV. He has also tackled numerous personal projects of an ambitious nature bringing together research in the fileds of narrative and live performance with a contemporary flair for live cinema in projects such as Autometa and the Storycollector.
At the heart of his work though is a love for stories, people and dreams, something that has driven his research and personal work; manifesting itself as intricate, sensitive and contemporary motion graphics for live audiences and audio visual lovers. Paul’s work has been screened and performed across Europe at events such as the Stuttgart Film Festival, Cybersonica, the Mapping Fetsival, State of the Image, Plaza Futura, Contact Europe, Urban Artforms Festival, the Big Chill and many more.
At present he is busy working on a range of motion graphics projects for commercial clients and for book/DVD publications set for release in 2008.
