MARTIN FREETH spent many years as a producer with BBC Science, producing Horizon films, Tomorrow’s World shows and international series such as The Mind Machine for BBC2.  He then set up the BBC Multimedia Centre and brought together the team which created BBC Online.  After spending a year directing the development of a new interactive science centre, Explore-At-Bristol, he then worked for five years as an executive at NESTA, during that time creating a new learning software lab, Futurelab. With David Puttnam, Martin created BAFTA’s interactive and games awards. Managing Director of Windfall Digital (www.windfalldigital.com) he works closely with award-winning independent TV Company Windfall Films. Windfall Digital creates interactive media for all platforms, including broadband and interactive exhibitions, and specialises in science, medicine, natural history and the arts.

JIM NORTHOVER is founder and chairman of Lloyd Northover, the London-based international branding and design consultancy.  Jim is a designer by background and initiated the company's new media unit in the early 90s to explore the potential of digital technology in brand development. Today, creative digital communications form an integral part of his consultancy work for a wide range of businesses and public services.

TRISTON WALLACE looks after the London region and the Facilities sector for Skillset, the Sector Skills Council for the Audio Visual Industries. His responsibilities include overseeing investment supporting the workforce of the audio visual industry, including £900,000 supporting 80% discount for training courses for freelancers, £450,000 supporting 80% discount for training courses for employers, and the Skillset Induction Certificate. He also represents Skillset in all matters relating to the 2012 Olympic skills needs in our industry.

Prior to working at Skillset, Triston looked after the BBC Post Production traineeship in London, Birmingham and Bristol, and was responsible for overseeing the training of 120 BBC Resources staff.
