Enrolment Process
On submitting an Enrolment Request Form on the 01zero-one website, you will receive an email to confirm whether there are places available. If this is the case you will automatically be given a holding place and a confirmed place once payment has been made and eligibility proven, where that is a course requirement.
Payment needs to be made immediately to confirm your place on the course unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with 01zero-one. . Failure to do so may result in your place being given to somebody else. 01zero-one reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course. In the event of a delegate canceling the booking less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the course, 01zero-one reserves the right to impose a 50% cancellation fee. When notified less than 3 days prior to the course, the cancellation fee is 100%.
Payment Process
We accept payment via credit or debit card. We do not accept American Express.
If your employer is paying the course fees and wishes to be invoiced please supply evidence of this in a letter on headed paper or email stating that your employer is paying for the full course cost. Please include details of where the invoice must be sent. If you are paying a concessionary fee please supply evidence of your membership status. See concessions to identify whether you qualify. All costs listed include VAT.
In the case of a course being made available free of charge the participant will still be expected to complete enrolment. Please note 01zero-one is part of Westminster Kingsway College and is a not-for-profit organisation.
